One Month Birthday!

Annie is growing up way too fast! She is already one month old today; I can't believe it! She is definitely becoming more active each and every day. She enjoys tummy time and is doing such a great job lifting her head while lying on her belly. She can now lift it up and turn it from one side to the other! Sometimes she gets stuck in the middle with her face down in the blanket and it makes her mad! That's cute too!

We went for a well check-up today and the Doctor said she is perfect! She weighs 9 lbs 3 1/2 oz and is 21 3/4 inches long! We'll keep you updated on her progress!

We Have a Belly Button

Nashville, TN - Breaking news from the Music City... the cord is off, thats right, we have a button.

Annie is great, showing us new faces and expressions everyday, she usually smiles at B, and gives me the dirty diaper look :). She has a nice right hook cause she caught me really good the other day when we were playing.

I am back to work now and Blair is staying at home for a while and loving every minute of it. It sucks for me but at least B calls me with updates everyday.

Anyway, enough of my ramblings so here is some more of what you'll are really here for...

The First 2 weeks home

Okay, this is my 1st attempt at one of these "blog" things on this new "Internet" thing so I hope it is still around for a few years.

Blair and I just recently got back home w/ Annie and everything is so good. She never cries, she always goes to bed when we do, she is sleeping through the night already, and who says potty training is hard, shes already house broken. As for Annie that is a different subject.

Everything is going great. Parenthood is very cool. It is weird that in 14 days I have connected with Annie to the point that I would do anything for her. There is no feeling quite the same.

Today I had to clip her fingernails, which is an accomplishment in and of itself and tonight we get to give her a bath to try to get a bow that is cemented in her hair out. I will let you know how that goes.
